With over 30 years in the ELT industry, Therese Dillon is the accomplished Director of MLI International Schools,Co-founder and Managing Director since 1994 and celebrating a successful thirty years in business this year .Therese has shaped MLI into a beacon of global education. Therese is also a member of key associations, including MEI (Marketing English in Ireland) and is a founder member of AGPI (Association of Guardianship Providers Ireland) . Therese has a passion for music and loves chocolate!
Meet Brendan Kelly, our Sales and Marketing Director and Co-Founder at MLI celebrating 30 years in business this year. As a director, Brendan has navigated the company through three decades of excellence in global education sales. He has developed enduring client relationships. Beyond that, Brendan brings a fun personality to the table. An avid supporter of Irish GAA, he adds a vibrant touch to both work and play.
Meet Niall Campbell, our dedicated High School Program Manager, with 8 years at MLI and 20 years in the industry. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Niall works closely with our agents, staff, and, of course, our students. As a committed manager, he provides invaluable support to ensure a seamless and enriching educational journey for every student in our High School Program. Niall is an avid fan of soccer and has a big interest in Irish sports in particular GAA.
Meet Inge Otto, our Client Relationship Manager hailing from South Africa. Inge brings a passion for client connections, a friendly demeanor, and a meticulous eye for detail to her role. Inge plays a vital part in our well-oiled machine, providing exceptional support to both clients and staff. Inge is dedicated to looking after our clients, offering full support throughout the booking process.When she is not busy with her two adorable boys ,Inge loves Tae Kwon Do and Interior Design
Meet Yulia Krutous, our High School Student Advisor at MLI International Schools. Originally from Poltava, she’s fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Korean. With teaching experience in Kyiv, Yulia brings expertise and passion for language education. In her 2 years here in Ireland, she’s been dedicated to helping students adapt to their new life in Ireland ensuring a positive experience for all our clients from around the world.
Meet John Murphy, our Operations and Development Manager . With over 15 years in the International Education Sector across Ireland, the UK, Spain, and the UAE, John manages our High School Programme outside of Dublin. He finds joy in meeting the diverse mix of students at MLI, witnessing their growth in language skills and personal maturity during the high school programme.
Meet Conor Cooke, our Management Accountant from Dublin. Conor brings a wealth of financial expertise to our team, ensuring the smooth financial operations of MLI International Schools.Beyond the world of numbers, Conor is a sports enthusiast with a passion for Rugby. His dedication to precision in accounting is mirrored in his love for sports, where attention to detail and strategy play a crucial role.
Meet Sebastiano Lievore,one of our High School Student Advisors at MLI International Schools. Originally from Italy, Sebastiano is a polyglot, fluent in Italian, German, English, and French. Based in Dublin for 5 years, his diverse language skills enrich the experience for our international students. Sebastiano combines linguistic expertise with a warm approach to guide students on their educational journey.
Meet Danny Fitzpatrick ,our dedicated International Account Executive. With a genuine passion for student connections and a zest for fitness, Danny brings a unique blend of warmth and energy to the world of international education. He plays a vital role ensuring that all clients and students are happy! Hailing from the charming town of Clonakilty in West Cork Danny can sing a traditional song or two !!
Meet Lili one of our Student Advisors at MLI International Schools. With 20 years of teaching background and a Masters degree from Maynooth University. Lili is here to guide and support students on their academic journey. Lili understands the challenges students face first hand. As a proud mother of an 11-year-old, she offers a unique perspective, connecting with empathy and providing tailored support to both students and parents.
Meet Giuseppe Marino, our Assistant High Schools Manager at MLI International Schools. Originally from Italy and now in Ireland for almost three years, Giuseppe has a passion for meeting students and providing full support to his team. With a background in education and a heart for adventure, Giuseppe enriches our MLI community with his commitment to fostering a supportive and vibrant learning environment.
Finally, meet our MLI Company mascot Teddy. A larger than life Old English Sheepdog, who loves meeting both our staff members and students.
When Teddy isn’t being the company mascot for MLI, he enjoys long walks, snuggling up on the sofa, and of course the odd dog treat!
Meet Susan Jiang,Marketing Manager for MLI in Asia. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin with a Master’s Degree in Education, Susan initially worked as a Student Services Officer, aiding students in their transition to life in Ireland.Susan has returned to China in 2023, As the Marketing Manager, she not only focuses on the Asian market but also explores new markets in the region.
